DreamzPay

DreamzPay is a customized AI Application built for merchant service salespeople and merchant service customers. 

Salespeople and their customers need realtime support and training whenever desired. This application will eliminate the need to wait for answers from emails and phone calls. Although we will have a backup "Ticket System", the AI automation will eliminate the need to complete a ticket for someone to put in their que. The AI Agent will be able to answer the questions immediately and if it cannot, they will escalate to a Tier 2 support person. In most cases, 99% of all support will be opened and closed within 5 minutes and will never have hold times. 

All users will have access to training that is associated with their needs. The AI will teach just like a person would and can be accessed when the person is ready to complete.
